Arrival

 

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.  This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form and prepare for your first service.  Early arrival allows for a relaxed, unhurried experience.  If late arrival is unavoidable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

 

Cell Phone Policy

 

To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that you silence all cell phones upon entering the spa.  Also, please remember to speak quietly while entering, and walking to your designated treatment room.

 

Children Policy

 

In order to preserve tranquility for all of our clients, children are not permitted unless receiving a service.  Please be advised that we are not staffed to attend children, so therefore we can not assure their safety.

 

 

Gratuities

 

Gratuities  are always left to the discretion of our clients and are greatly appreciated.  A gratuity is not included in the price of the services.  It is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity of the price of the services(s) provided. Gratuities can be paid in cash, checks or credit card.
